If you have purchased a SARS CoV-2 PCR test, and have questions about the status of your test result, or other questions in regards to your test, we would suggest that you contact the company you purchased your PCR test from. Please have a look at their website to find their contact details.
If you have not received your result, or have questions about your result and/or certificate, please contact the lab at: uitslagen[at]brightlabs.nl / +31 (0)77 77 03 374. Please note that the lab does not have access to your personal information, so you must include your Test ID when contacting them so they can find your test.
If you've encountered a bug or need help using the Consentry app, send us a bug report.
